Stop The Bleeding operates on a shoestring budget so as to ensure that ALL - as in 100% - of the proceeds from the benefit shows goes directly to the cause. This is not easy, but is made possible by a combination of my own stubbornness and the generosity of several local businesses who have hooked us up. I am listing them on this page as my way of thanking them - NONE of them have asked me to promote them in any way, which makes the help they have lent even more special - so check them out.
Peace

The Cove Lounge
571 Revere St.
Revere, MA
781-289-6898

Stop The Bleeding would like to thank the Cove Lounge for hosting "The Rock Show 9", our much-delayed, several-times-cancelled by other venues, all around jinxed homeless veterans benefit show. This show was ridiculously hard to get going, UNTIL the Cove stepped up, without hesitation, to give us a place to make it happen. Great Revere biker/rock bar, a block from the beach, generous regulars - go to the Cove .

The Raven
258 Pleasant Street
Worcester, MA
781-324-0111

Stop The Bleeding would like to thank the Raven for hosting the Stop The Bleeding Metalfest. Very few venues are able to let us do an all-day thing like this - Kudos to CB at the Raven for making it happen.
Great place to check out bands of all genres, or just to shoot some pool in a unique and comfortable environment.
Go to the Raven!

US Electrical Services(USESI)

Stop The Bleeding would like to thank
my employer USESI for it's donation of $250 to help us cover our costs for 2011. This covers the majority of our costs for the rest of this year. It will be put to good use putting on our benefit shows and covering our website costs.
Much appreciated.

Active Technology Solutions
Chicago, IL

Stop The Bleeding would like to thank
Active Technology Solutions out of Chicago for their donation of $200 to help us cover our costs for 2011 and for their most recent donation for 2012. This covers a significant portion of our annual overhead and is much appreciated.

The Honey Fitz
142 Pleasant Street
Malden, Mass. 02148
781-324-0111

Stop The Bleeding would like to thank the Honey Fitz for hosting "The Rock Show 6","A Tribute To The Homeless 3", and most recently "A Tribute To The Homeless 6". A great owner, a great staff, and generous regulars all added up to a great night of hard rock and metal and a lot of money raised for Sancta Maria House. Come hang at the Fitz to watch a game, or for a great meal(check out the Lobster Scampi). :>)

Patrick's
40 Lebanon Street
Malden, Mass. 02148
781-324-3418

Patrick's hosted our tribute band show and our acoustic show in 2010. We would also like to give a BIG Thank You to Kathy and Eric and everyone at Patrick's for letting us put on our second Blues show "STB Blues 2" back in December of 2009, a show which was in jeopardy of being cancelled when we lost our venue where the show was originally scheduled to take place. They pretty much saved this show on really short notice. The snow kept a lot of people away, but Patrick's regulars really came through in the form of donations. I don't know about you, but I like a place owned and frequented by generous people, so bring the good karma back around and come hang at Patrick's in Malden.
P.S. The adjoined restaurant Franny's makes fantastic blueberry pancakes.
Check'em out :>)

#9 Ale House
118 Ferry St.
Malden, MA
781-321-0265

We would like to thank the #9 Ale House  for hosting "The Rock Show 8". Their no-hesitation willingness to help us out is huge for us. After 2009 we were left with less venues than we started with, and the Boston area is tough when it comes to letting us do these shows without some sort of fee attached, so Kudos to the #9 Ale House.
Go there, have a beer, hear some Rock!

Uncle Eddie's
8 Ocean Front North
Salisbury Beach, MA
978-465-9779

We'd like to thank Mike at Uncle Eddie's in Salisbury Beach for hosting our 5th tribute band homeless benefit "A Tribute To The Homeless 5" on the 4th of July last year, featuring the area's best classic 80's metal tribute bands. This summer come rock right on the beach with Uncle Eddie's.

The Overtime Sports Bar & Restaurant
208 Rantoul Street
Beverly, Mass. 01915
978-524-0005

We would like to thank David Rooney, Charlene, Tim, Glenn, Paul, Hannah, and everyone at the Overtime Sports Bar and Restaurant. This is a very classy spot - a great place for a meal(the food is AMAZING), to watch a game(great TV's), or to see a show(hint hint). At a time when we were pretty much at a standstill due to the lack of any kind of venue, the Overtime graciously stepped up to help us out.
Did I mention the food?
I'm still reeling from the chicken parm.

The Baseball Tavern
1270 Boylston St.
Boston, MA. 02215
617-867-6526

We'd like to thank the Baseball Tavern in Boston for hosting 7 of our shows spanning from 2006 to 2009.
Just a slow roller from Fenway, the Baseball Tavern is the place to go come game time, plus they have the best damn chicken fingers I've ever tasted.

The Midway Cafe
3496 Washington Street
Jamaica Plain, Mass. 02130
617-524-9038

Dave at the Midway has very generously donated his room free of charge on five occasions - this is rare around here - someone DONATING their venue - most places won't - I found that out the hard way - and it's a great place - it really is - great atmosphere - great place to hear and see a band - go there soon. :>)

NE Design
123 Jersey Street
Boston, Mass. 02215
617-247-2028

A HUGE Thank You to NE Design for hooking me up with free Stop The Bleeding shirts - we've sold a good amount of these, and they really are high quality and they look great - so check out NE Design for all your apparel needs - for your band, for your business, for your CHARITY :>)
They are the best.

The Cooperative Bank
 201 Main Street
Charlestown, Mass. 02129
617-242-0380

The Cooperative Bank, Charlestown Branch,  opened an account for us and WAIVED ALL FEES - of the 9 banks I called to inquire about opening an account, The Cooperative Bank was the ONLY one willing to cut a non-profit company a break. The less expenses Stop The Bleeding has, the more money there is to help the people we're trying to help, and seeing a bank step forward to help is very encouraging. Can you feel this thing starting to move? I can.
So I thank The Cooperative Bank for their generosity, and I encourage you to use them for all your banking needs.
